"The most flattering ones have a neutral peach, beige, or taupe base and are flecked with gold or silver glimmer," says makeup artist Beth Bender. "Eyes are expressive; we read a lot about thoughts and feelings from them," says bender whose original beauty line began with just eye products. "Eyes that Shimmer call attention to them, which can indicate that you have something to say to him and you're confident about doing so."
